Today we woke up and got ourselves ready to play the last two matches of our trip against a club team in Prague.  After the start of the first match it was obvious how much better we have gotten as a team this trip.  We beat the older team in 3 straight sets.  After a lunch break of good old Subway sandwiches, we played the younger team and beat them in four.  Looking back on all our playing, finishing 5-2 in a European tour isn’t too shabby.  After the matches, we were waiting around for the bus and found ourselves facing another opponent.  NorCal vs. SoCal in Ultimate Frisbee.  I think they beat us, but that’s only because they had Kniff on their team and he’s really good at Frisbee! 

Day 10

Our last day in Prague, and what did we do?  Went to the mall, ate McDonalds and KFC, and went to see Next, and American movie, starring Nicholas Cage, in English.  Very cultural!  We did meet up with the entire delegation for dinner at the Czech Pub for dinner.  The amount of food they brought us was over the top!  From potato pancakes to fried cheese to sausages, we tried to devour everything in sight, but it was impossible.  There was too much food for 12 teenage boys!
The team headed out that night to CZECH out the nightlife in Prague.  Good times were had by all, and by the time some of our heads reached our pillows at 5:00 in the morning, we had just a few hours of sleep before the bus arrived to take us to the airport. 
Overall, we had a blast.  This tour was, for many of us, a once in a lifetime opportunity.  We’re ready to get back to the states where we can get large sodas with ice (and free refills!), Baja Fresh, Panda Express, and all the amenities we have.  But we also know that there’s another Global Challenge next summer that BIP hopes to be bigger and better; most of us are hoping for an invitation to come back to Europe next August for another epic trip.
