I: No matter which country you are from, all players need to fill out the FIVB transfer documents and send them to their federation of origin with a note saying that you are represented by Bring It Promotions.  Bring It Promotions will be in direct contact with your volleyball federation to ensure that these documents get processed and sent to the correct club.

II. The FIVB transfer document can be found on the Bring It Promotions website [download]. Each player will need to download and print the document and follow the instructions below.

III. Fill out the FIVB Transfer document sections as follows:

Federation of Origin: Write the name of your country of Origin.
Club of Origin: Write in “NO CLUB”
Receiving Federation: Write the Name of the country that you will be playing in.
Receiving Club: Write the name of the club that you will be playing for.
Transfer Period: Write in “August 1, 2008 - May 15, 2009”
[We use these dates for ALL transfers]

***Please do not write the name of your team or foreign federation in the signature blocks at the bottom of the transfer certificate.  Only your signatures should appear in this area. ***

IV: Make 4 copies of the original document, to have 5 total. Sign each copy ORIGINALLY and put the passport photos on them (b/w or color).

V. Mail the original documents to your country’s volleyball federation. If your country’s contact information is not listed below, then contact us for assistance.
