In order to prepare for and proceed with the placement process, EVERY player
must sign a Player Representation Agreement (PRA). This is basically a
contract with Bring It Promotions Volleyball Agency, hiring B.I.P. and its
affiliates to represent individual players and negotiate with club teams on
their behalf.
We at Bring It Promotions are in constant contact with clubs,
leagues and federation all over the world. Coaches and managers are
frequently contacting us with needs for players of specific positions, roles
and ability levels. We push to get "our players" contract offers, which is
why we ask players to sign a contract with us first. We also make phone
calls, write emails and send edited video footage on the behalf of the
players that we represent. In return for our placement, transfer and
managerial services, we ask that each player pay B.I.P. 5% of their total
earned salary only AFTER the player has been paid in full by the club.
