Ndibo Lebala is the Vice President of Administration for the Botswana Volleyball Federation and holds a Master's degree in Education (Curriculum and Instruction) from the University of Botswana. He works as a science teacher at Bokamoso Junior Secondary School in Gaborone, where he also coaches volleyball and athletics. In addition to his teaching and coaching roles, he serves as the volleyball technical delegate for the African Union Sports Council Region 5 Youth Games. Lebala has previously served as the volleyball coordinator for both the Botswana Institution of School Sports (BISA) and the Botswana Games. He is also a former instructor with the Confederation of African Volleyball (CAVB) Online SS Academy and has served as a member of the GAVB Marketing Commission.
