Bonita Wise is a former standout collegiate volleyball player at the University of Cincinnati who enjoyed a decade-long professional career across Europe, Asia, and South America. At Cincinnati (1999–2002), she was a four-time All-Conference USA selection and the 1999 Co-Freshman of the Year, helping lead the Bearcats to four consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances and a 98-34 record during her tenure.
Following college, Wise played professionally for clubs in Austria (VC Tirol), Croatia (OK Pula), Finland (LP Kangasala), Spain (Cecell Lleida), the Netherlands (VC Weert), Switzerland (VBC Fribourg), Indonesia (Jakarta BNI 46), the Philippines (RC Cola-Army Troopers), Chile (Boston College Club), Maldives (Police Team), and Argentina (San Martin de Formosa). She has also contributed to the sport as a private volleyball coach in Riverside, California, specializing in skill development and athletic conditioning for players of all ages.
