Adopt-A-Team

Exciting Partnership Opportunity: “Adopt a Team” U12 Development Volleyball League in Botswana (Launching January 2026)

In January 2026, Botswana will launch its “first-ever U12 Four-on-Four Development Volleyball League” a pioneering initiative aimed at promoting grassroots volleyball and youth development across the country.

Eight primary schools will be selected to participate, each entering:

  • Two girls’ teams
  • Two boys’ teams

This initiative is a unique partnership between the Botswana Volleyball Federation, Bring It Promotions LLC, Let’s Keep the Ball Flying Foundation, and the primary schools of Botswana.

We are currently inviting U.S. university volleyball programs to take part in this ground-breaking project by “Adopting a Team.”

What Does it Mean to “Adopt a Team”?

By adopting a team, your university will directly contribute to the success and development of young volleyball athletes in Botswana through the following support:

  • $1,000 contribution to provide stipends for local coaches and cover transportation to matches
  • 40-60 team t-shirts to serve as uniforms for players
  • 20-30 volleyballs new or gently used, for training and practice

This is a unique opportunity for university programs to engage in international sports development and community impact. As the league is for players under the age of 12, NCAA regulations allow U.S. university programs to participate without restriction.
