The time has come! We are just days away from our Global Challenge Tournament. Teams from all over the world have slowly been making their way to Europe, and we’ll all be meeting soon in Pula, Croatia!
The 21st Annual Global Challenge Volleyball Tournament runs July 13–17, 2026 in Pula, bringing together U17 and U20 teams from across the globe. Catch the opening ceremonies live at 9:00 PM (Pula time) on July 13th on the Global Challenge Facebook page.
This year’s competition features teams from Slovenia, Croatia, Turkey, Canada, Austria, Italy, Israel, Latvia, and Norway, alongside USA regional high-performance, youth national, junior national, and collegiate national teams.
Many of our American teams have also been soaking up Europe on pre-tournament tours — with stops in Bratislava, Maribor, Zagreb, and Istanbul — bonding as a team, playing exhibition matches, and soaking up the history and culture before the real competition begins.
Whether you’re a player, a coach, or just a fan who loves to travel, there’s no better place to be this July than Pula, Croatia, for world-class volleyball.
Eligibility:
U20: Born 2005 or later (two exceptions allowed for players born in 2004)
U17: Born 2008 or later — no exceptions
