BIP/USA Development Team to China
China – USA Challenge Invitational Tournament
Shanghai and Beijing, China
June 14-27, 2013
This year the BIP/USA Development Program is taking a single team of 12 players back to China to play top professional teams in and around Shanghai and Beijing. We again have 2 days of training at ASC in Anaheim (home of the USA National Teams) before flying over together, and again thank our hosts for providing a healthy mix of sightseeing and top level volleyball (with big crowds).
Tentative Schedule:
June 14 – Delegation Arrives to SNA/LAX, Ground Transportation to Hotel in Anaheim Evening Practice at ASC and Team Meal
June 15 -Morning & Afternoon Practice at ASC and Team Lunch & Dinner Depart Together from LAX for Shanghai Airport (Red-Eye)
June 17 -Arrive in Shanghai, Welcome Banquet and News Conference
June 18 -Practice and Sightseeing
June 19 -Practice, Opening Ceremonies, and Match #1
June 20 -Sightseeing and Match #2
June 21 -Shopping, Match #3, and Award Presentations for Tianjin Tournament
June 22 -Travel to Beijing, Sightseeing, Welcome Banquet
June 23 -Practice and Match #4
June 24 -Sightseeing and Match #5
June 25 -Match #6, Awards Presentation, Closing Ceremonies, and Banquet
June 26 -Full Day of Sightseeing and Shopping in Beijing
June 27 -Depart from Beijing, China; Arrive to USA Same Day
Price is $2950 and includes airfare from LAX to China and back, Chinese Visa, all meals, hotels, and ground transportation for the 2 days in Anaheim and the entire trip to China. Players need to have a $350 deposit paid by March 1, 2013 and the balance is due 4 weeks prior to travel, and May 15, 2013.

“This is the 14th year that USA Volleyball has recognized a trip of this nature organized and managed by Bring It Promotions (BIP). The experience gained by the athletes and coaches simply can not be obtained through domestic play. The USAV/BIP partnership has worked well in that USA recommends coaches and athletes for invitation and Bring It provides post-trip reports on everyone on the trip.
