Bring It Promotions Tour Information 2026+

We are a small company with a fluid back office. We want to run volleyball tours and not be mired in paperwork; something that is getting more difficult with administration changes since COVID. We are a 1-time vendor (every 4 years if we’re lucky) so anything we can do to be considered “Sole Source” and/or not register with 3rd party vendor systems would be much appreciated.

The following are our new policies for 2026 University Tours and beyond:

• $20,000 Deposit is Due by October 1, 2025, or 6 months prior to travel for tour prior to May 2026
• Payments are requested by ACH (please let us know if this will be a problem and we can accept a check).
• We do not accept credit cards.
• Our goal is to get university administrations organized in as much as most are asking for more and more paperwork each year, often at the last minute.
• Deposit becomes non-refundable 120 days prior to tour.
• Balance is due in full 75 days prior to tour.
• Individual cancelations inside 60 days are refunded at 90%.
• Individual cancelations inside 30 days are refunded at 50%.
• Individual cancelations inside 10 days are non-refundable
• Insurance COI: Free
• Insurance COI/AI: $75
• Anything that needs to be notarized: $50
• Further “exceptional needs” will be billed accordingly.
• If we book your airfare, all important dates and deadlines will be made clear in your contract and invoice.
• All Single Rooms will be charged a Single Supplement; usually $70/night in Europe & Japan and $50-60/night in Central and South America, Southern Asia, and Africa
