The Global Challenge started in Salt Lake City in 2005 and has grown into a 24-team international tournament with top teams in u17 and u22 divisions from around the world. Hosted in the gorgeous seaside town of Pula, Croatia, the Global Challenge is proud to host top USA Regional HP Teams, Club Teams, and of course various USA Volleyball Teams.

The goal in this event has always been for the American teams to match up with foreign teams (rather than other American teams) in as many matches as possible, and we’re able to boast alumni including Youth and/or Junior National Teams from Russia, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Austria, Hungary, Denmark, and the USA. We’ve also had club teams from Romania, Germany, Bosnia, Montenegro, and Puerto Rico as well as all the countries that have sent federation teams.
